Can you estimate the OOP spending (even if it was paid by others) to get all of those points/miles?

Thanks

Nothing is paid by others other than Thankyou network program, so I use the most effective way to get those miles and points. I don't track my spending, but I guess it should be no more than 6K every year for all programs, Last year, amount is less due to UA, AA double Elite miles promotion and SPG double stay promotion

Of course, points get from Credit card charge do not count.

wait a minute, did you mean 6K for ALL the elite memberships? I would personally regard UA 1K as 2K oop, but you have many other hotel elite levels which somehow costs more...

well, not counting Hilton Elite because it's from my credit spending.
Other than that, yes.

UA 1K and AA EXP did not cost me 2K each last year, because I have lots of UA Customer service certificate for delayed flight, delayed baggage and also, Thankyounetwork 90K game.

With SPG double Stay promotion, there are many hotels running 60-80 per night, 13 stays to hit Platinum cost u less than $1000

Priority club Platinum is even easier.

Pretty amazing. I spent about 22K last year to keep UA 1P status (25K short for 1K).
